Call Center Banking Specialist (On-Site)

Location:Lincoln, RI
Pay Rate:$26.00/hr (W2)
Job Type:Direct Hire | Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Openings:10
Schedule:Tuesday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM + Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (weekends/holidays required as scheduled)

Overview

Join a high-volume call center supporting customers with
credit and short-term lending needs
. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls, resolve account questions, identify opportunities to support customers’ financial goals, and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions—while delivering a positive, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via
    incoming calls
    related to credit and short-term lending
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs and recommend the best products/services
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and objections while maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Support product fulfillment (ex:
    credit cards, checking/savings accounts
    , lending-related needs)
  • Identify needs that require licensed partners and make appropriate referrals
  • Follow procedures to
    manage risk
    and ensure compliant transactions
  • Use active listening and problem-solving to create customized solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)
  • Comfortable working
    on‑site in Lincoln, RI
  • Ability to work the stated schedule (including weekends/holidays as needed)
  • Intermediate computer skills and comfort learning new systems/processes
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Coachable mindset—comfortable receiving performance feedback
Preferred Qualifications
  • Call center experience (phone/chat/video)
  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Sales experience (cross-sell/upsell/referrals)
  • Experience supporting high customer volume (ex: personal banker background)
