A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Call Center Associate Banker (2nd shift) in Lincoln, RI . The Call Center Associate Banker would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40+ hrs/wk. Direct Hire; required availability:
Tuesda y–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM + Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (includes weekends/holidays as needed) Call Center Associate Banker (2nd shift) Responsibilities Assist clients through incoming calls related to credit and short-term lending Ask probing questions to understand client needs and financial goals; recommend solutions Address servicing needs and identify sales opportunities (cards, lending, checking/savings) Create customized solutions to resolve questions/concerns and improve client experience Make referrals to internal partners when needed for additional/licensed solutions Manage risk on transactions using available tools and processes Call Center Associate Banker (2nd shift) Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Comfortable working on-site in Lincoln, RI Comfortable receiving coaching/feedback; adaptable to change and new processes/technology Intermediate computer proficiency Strong organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and handle objections with empathy Call Center Associate Banker (2nd shift)
