Direct hire On-site position in Lincoln, RI Schedule options:
Tuesday–Friday 7:55 AM–4:55 PM and Saturday 8:55 AM–5:55 PM Tuesday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Must be flexible to work the schedule, including weekends/holidays as needed Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker Responsibilities Assist clients through incoming calls related to credit and short-term lending needs Ask probing questions to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products/services/solutions Address customer questions/concerns and provide customized solutions Support servicing and sales opportunities (ex: credit cards, checking/savings, lending needs) Create a positive client experience through active listening and clear communication Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate partners when needed Follow required processes and use available tools to help manage risk Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak, write, read) High School Diploma/GED Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ongoing feedback/coaching Intermediate computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology/processes Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Attendance mandatory first 90 days Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker
