Parts Specialist

CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Lincoln, RI to identify a Parts Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in supporting parts distribution, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

• Process parts orders, quotes, repairs, returns, and retrofit requests received via phone and email.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Support shipping and logistics activities, including arranging deliveries through carriers such as UPS and Fed Ex.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for customer support and emergency parts requests.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office 365 experience is a plus.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• One evening shift per week until 6:00 PM
• Weekend on-call rotation approximately once every six weeks
