At our new Lincoln, Rhode Island campus, you’ll be a founding instructor guiding small groups through both theory and hands-on lab work—all within a 4-day work week.

How You’ll Do ItTeach accredited HVAC technologies, balancing classroom learning with live lab practice

Run engaging, safety-first labs using the latest tools and systems

Build lesson plans tied to industry standards and certification outcomes

Give timely feedback, track progress, and champion student growth

Collaborate with fellow faculty to enhance the program launch and beyond

Keep your skills sharp with current HVAC trends and techniques

Coach for certification exams and long-term career success

What It Takes5+ years as an HVAC Technician High school diploma or GED Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths

Ability to motivate and engage adult learners

Authentic passion for teaching and mentoring
