* Job Responsibilities:

**** Vos principales responsabilités
*** Planifier et organiser la production quotidienne en fonction des besoins du planning et des priorités établies.
* Encadrer, animer et fédérer les équipes de production (RI, RI+, opérateurs, pilotes de ligne) dans un esprit d’efficacité et de cohésion.
* Coordonner l’action des régleurs et techniciens de maintenance afin d’assurer la conformité des démarrages et la performance des lignes.
* Suivre en temps réel les indicateurs de production (TRS, qualité, rebuts, cadence) et mettre en œuvre les ajustements nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs.
* Identifier rapidement les dérives, analyser les causes des dysfonctionnements et proposer des actions correctives pertinentes.
* Garantir le respect des standards qualité, sécurité et environnement, et veiller à la bonne application des procédures internes.
* Assurer une communication fluide et régulière avec les services supports (Qualité, Maintenance, Logistique, Méthodes-Industrialisation).
* Accompagner l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, assurer leur formation au poste et contribuer à la montée en compétences des équipes.
* Participer activement aux démarches d’amélioration continue et à la prévention des risques QHSE sur le terrain.* Être force de proposition dans l’organisation du travail et la résolution de problèmes opérationnels.## ##
