Responsibilities

• Operational Management
  • Supervise daily poker room operations, including game scheduling of dealers, supervisors, and game mix.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Monitor game integrity and resolve disputes promptly and professionally.
  • May act as Table Games Floor Manager within designated pits.
  • Operate daily tournaments and other promotions.
• Customer Service
  • Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
  • Address player concerns and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Compliance & Security
  • Maintain strict adherence to gaming laws and internal security protocols.
  • Work closely with surveillance and security teams to prevent fraud and ensure player safety.

• Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment
• Will be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors
• Working with others and independently

$70,000

• Must secure appropriate RI BCI mandated gaming licenses
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in poker operations or table games management
• Experience managing poker tournaments and events
• Proficiency in casino management systems and scheduling software
• Strong knowledge of poker rules, variations, and industry trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
