Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Lincoln Public Schools is seeking two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join their team: one at Saylesville Elementary and one at Lincoln Middle School/Lincoln High School. Qualifications include having a high school diploma and completing paraprofessional qualifications. Candidates must be able to complete a physical and meet all the functional job descriptions of the teacher assistant. They must complete the requisite 40 hours of training overseen by either a BCBA, BCaBA, or BCBA-D.
Additionally, candidates must undergo a background check within 180 days of submitting their completed RBT Certification Application, complete and pass the RBT Competency Assessment, and complete and pass the RBT exam, which is comprised of 75 multiple-choice questions and assesses the applicant's knowledge of the RBT Task List. Candidates must also abide by the RBT Ethics Code. This is a 185 day position reporting to the Principal and/or Director of Student Services.
