- Build, maintain, and update recurring performance reporting, including monthly supplier scorecards and quarterly retailer performance scorecards.
- Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as fill rate, on‑time performance, inventory levels, in‑stocks, days of supply, and sales versus forecast performance.

- Communicate supply chain risks, performance trends, and improvement opportunities to cross‑functional partners, supporting continuous execution improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience supporting customer supply chain, replenishment, logistics, or inventory management functions.
- Applied working knowledge of supply chain execution processes, including order management, outbound warehouse operations, freight movement, and customer receiving practices.
- Experience with replenishment, forecasting and inventory management concepts in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Strong analytical skills experience with reviewing data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in order processing, replenishment systems, and standardized supply chain reporting tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across cross‑functional and external partner teams.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, adaptability, accountability, and attention to detail in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage recurring cycles and execution deadlines.
