Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) for laser and turret operations;
Inspect and approve/reject materials sent for secondary operations; manage vendor receipts;
Verify centerlines, assembly layouts, and physical properties using calibrated equipment;
Compare shop drawings to finished assemblies; generate Discrepant Material Reports (DMR) and maintain inspection logs;
Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and coordinate annual ISO audits with external vendors
