Calise Bakery in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Food Production Line Leader for the 2nd shift. You will lead and coordinate a packaging line team to meet the highest safety, food safety and quality standards, driving improvements in line efficiency and waste reduction.
You will train staff on safety, HACCP and GMPs, participate in audits with AIB, RIDOH and FDA, and coordinate changeovers to preserve product quality. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required.
