Bento Inc. is seeking a Food Manufacturing / Industrial Maintenance Supervisor at our Rhode Island plant in Lincoln to lead hands-on maintenance, repair, and optimization of all equipment in a fast-paced food facility.
You will coordinate daily activities, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvements. Strong leadership and CMMS skills are essential.
