An established, mission-driven human services organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Director to oversee clinical operations across adult residential and community-based programs. • Provide strategic clinical leadership and supervision to RNs, LPNs, and healthcare coordination staff
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and person-centered nursing services across programs
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QA/QI) initiatives to enhance care outcomes
• Oversee medication administration systems and specialized clinical procedures
• Collaborate with program and operational leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals
• Direct nursing operations, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and performance management
• Mentor and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support continuous clinical oversight
