Adult Services Nursing Director (RN)
Location: Rhode Island
Salary: $104,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus:$5,000

An established, mission-driven human services organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Director to oversee clinical operations across adult residential and community-based programs. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care while developing strong clinical teams and driving meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic clinical leadership and supervision to RNs, LPNs, and healthcare coordination staff
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and person-centered nursing services across programs
  • Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QA/QI) initiatives to enhance care outcomes
  • Oversee medication administration systems and specialized clinical procedures
  • Collaborate with program and operational leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals
  • Direct nursing operations, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and performance management
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support continuous clinical oversight
