Quality Assurance Lead – Food Manufacturing We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to help ensure food safety, product quality, and regulatory standards are consistently met within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working closely with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

What You'll DoMonitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs

Perform daily quality checks and facility inspections

Complete HACCP documentation, verification, and corrective actions

Conduct internal audits and help maintain FDA compliance

Monitor finished product quality and specifications

Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints

Perform pre-operational and post-operational inspections

Work with Production and Sanitation teams to resolve quality concerns

Assist with customer, third-party, and regulatory audits

What We're Looking For Previous Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing

Knowledge of food safety and quality standardsHACCP experience strongly preferred

Understanding of GMP and FDA requirements

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines

Basic computer skills required
