Five Below - 620 George Washington Highway - Responsibilities:
Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor;
Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted;
Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation;
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues;
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance; drives store sales and controls expenses
