Inside Sales - Account Executive

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission potential (OTE $100,000+)

- Existing book of business given on initial start, while working with Marketing to collect inbound leads to build new business pipeline.

- Build long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly manage projects from concept to completion.
- Represent Beacon Design at trade shows (up to 15% travel) to showcase our products and grow your network.
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or related fields.
- Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus!
- Communication Pro: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship‑building.
- Driven & Detail‑Oriented: Able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
