Your mission

Deliver best-in-class service on residential HVAC systems while upholding safety, craftsmanship, and customer trust.

Core responsibilities

Service, repair, and replace residential HVAC systems to high standards

Troubleshoot quickly and perform preventative maintenance

Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners

Complete precise documentation and service reports

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site Partner with internal teams; attend meetings and follow protocols

Uphold safety procedures on every task Support customers through on-call and weekend rotations

What you’ll need to succeed

EPA Certification REQUIRED One of: RI Journeyman License, MA Refrigeration Technician License, or Sheet Metal License Residential HVAC service background preferred

Strong people skills and professional communication

Organized, meticulous, and reliable

Flexibility to work on-call hours

Compensation: $32 – $45/hour Overtime + upsell bonus opportunities
