As the Residential HVAC Installer , you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

* Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places

* Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis

* Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner

* Maintain clean work area

* Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude

* Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work

* Attend company meetings as necessary

* Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications

* Possess a RI or MA Journeyman License - Up to $10K Sign on Bonus!

* Prior Residential experience

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours
