International Game Technology (IGT) seeks a Field Service Technician to maintain and service lottery equipment at Retailer locations, responding to dispatches and driving to customer sites within a zone to install, remove, or repair devices.
You will troubleshoot, repair, perform preventive maintenance, test game functionality, install communication infrastructure, and document service calls while training customers on operation, all while following safety and company policies.
