Senior Early Years Educator

• Deliver care to children while supervising your team.
• Identify areas for improvement relating to learning and teaching techniques, and create more stimulating experiences and environments.
• Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all children in your room are met.
• Ensure all record‑keeping requirements are regularly completed and conduct team appraisals.
• Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

• Level 3 or above qualified Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Practitioner / Senior Nursery Nurse / Room Leader or similar.
• Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
• Demonstrable leadership experience within Early Years.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
• Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
• Reflect Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together.

• Salary: up to £13.75 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
