We’re currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join one of our trusted early-years settings in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s development and creating a warm, engaging environment where young learners can thrive.

Working through our agency, you’ll benefit from flexible placements, ongoing support, and the opportunity to expand your experience across different nursery settings.

  • Providing high-quality care, support, and supervision for children aged 0–5.
  • Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Building positive, professional relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Following safeguarding, EYFS, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate daily records and observations.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within an early-years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • A positive, nurturing, and proactive approach.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Ability to adapt to different nursery environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
