Join Our Team
We're looking for a reliable and proactive Night Supervisor to help lead our hotel operation overnight, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll oversee the smooth running of the hotel during the night, support team members and act as a key point of contact for guests.

- Support the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Act as the senior team member on duty during overnight shifts
- Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Support night audit and overnight administrative processes where required
- Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel
- Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times
- Support and guide team members working overnight
- Prepare the hotel for the following day's operation
- Help create a positive experience for guests from arrival through to departure
- Previous experience in a hospitality, guest service or supervisory role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
- Good organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Comfortable taking responsibility for the operation overnight
- Reliable, professional and trustworthy approach
- Good attention to detail and administrative skills
- Positive, proactive and guest‑focused attitude
