Duty Manager – Lincoln City Centre Premier Inn
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage our high‑performing team at the Lincoln City Centre Premier Inn, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. The role offers 40 hours per week and up to £13.86 per hour.
Responsibilities- Lead a reliable, high‑performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage health & safety standards and overall hotel operations.
- Inspire and motivate staff to create a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience.
- Use proven leadership skills from retail or similar environments to support team growth and performance.
- Experience successfully leading people in retail or other roles.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and inspirational skills.
- Adept at managing safety, guest experience, and operational tasks.
- Competitive hourly pay up to £13.86 and 40‑hour work weeks.
