We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our property management and lettings team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of residential and commercial properties within our portfolio. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with a broad range of maintenance skills who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and maintaining safe, functional, and attractive properties.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across various properties, including :
• Plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains)
• Basic electrical work (e.g., replacing light fixtures, testing sockets)
• Carpentry (e.g., repairing doors, locks, flooring)
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling, plastering, and general cosmetic repairs
• Garden and outdoor area upkeep (e.g., lawn cutting, minor landscaping)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property managers or tenants
• Conduct regular property inspections and report any issues or hazards in accordance with company guidelines
