Salary: Up to £47,000 plus benefits
Reporting to: Project Implementation Manager

The business has built a strong reputation over more than a decade delivering energy efficiency and low-carbon electrical solutions across education, commercial and industrial environments.

As demand continues to grow across solar PV, LED lighting, battery storage and energy-efficient electrical upgrades, the business is strengthening its on-site leadership capability. This role has been created to support safe delivery, quality control and the development of installation teams as workloads increase.

• Supervise electrical installations on site, ensuring safety, quality and procedural compliance.
• Lead small to medium installation teams and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Maintain hands-on involvement while overseeing project delivery and on-site problem solving.

• Experience as a senior electrician or electrical supervisor within energy efficiency or renewable installations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards, health and safety requirements, and on-site quality control.
• Ability to manage installation teams, plan workloads and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
