Plumber, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Location: Lincoln area - Mobile
Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call)

You’ll get 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to up to 25 days with years of service.
What you’ll be doing- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
- Undertaking tank disinfections and replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
- Conducting mains injections, local disinfection tasks.
- Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.
- Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally a G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. You should have proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks. Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is also a bonus.
A Full UK Driving License Is Essential.
