Van Technician / HGV Technician - Nights | Lincoln | Excellent Salary & BenefitsOur client, a well-established and reputable business in Lincoln, is actively seeking a skilled Van Technician / HGV Technician to join their team on night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to secure a stable and rewarding career with a longstanding employer. As a core member of their team, the Van Technician / HGV Technician will benefit from a supportive work environment, consistent workload, and attractive earnings potential.
Benefits- Basic salary up to £49,920 with an OTE of approximately £53,000
- Opportunity for overtime at time-and-a-half pay, further increasing earning potential
- Permanent, full-time contract
- Four-night working week (Monday to Thursday nights), with flexible hours available
- Ongoing stable workload due to major contracts

- Access to additional shift patterns, including day split shifts, if desired
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on vans and HGV vehicles

- Maintain detailed service and repair records
- Assist in ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company procedures and operational protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet repair deadlines
- Proven experience as an HGV or Van Technician, or a car technician looking to specialise
- Desirable but not essential: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence and the Right to Work in the UK
- Own set of professional tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude towards workload management
