We are offering a permanent Plumber role in HMYOI Lincoln.
Base salary is between £30,866 and £36,135, depending on experience.
Hours are 39 per week on a rota basis, 08:00‑17:00, with an earlier finish every Friday and a 15% additional allowance for each weekend worked.

• Routine and non‑routine maintenance.
• Mains water supply repairs.
• Fault finding:
  Identification of life‑expired equipment, checking, repairing and taming faults.
• Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
• Any other duties commensurate with the role.

• NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance.
• Legionella awareness and compliance desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in a commercial environment.
