Job Title: Qualified Plumber - Social Housing

Salary: £34,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card

Are you an experienced, qualified Plumber looking for a stable, permanent role with a leading social housing provider? We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a dedicated maintenance team operating across Lincoln.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance, and fault finding across domestic properties.
Execute sanitary ware repairs and replacements, pipework fixes, radiator work, and routine plumbing tasks.
Perform routine inspections, water testing, and remedial maintenance.
Provide clean, efficient, and friendly customer service directly within resident's homes.

Requirements:

Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent time-served experience) in Plumbing & Heating.
Driving License: Full UK Driving License (essential for company van usage).
Experience: Proven background in domestic plumbing repairs, maintenance, or social housing environments.
Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving skills, punctual, and reliable.
