Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a permanent opportunity with a well-established commercial vehicle operation?
We're recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy workshop in Lincoln, offering excellent overtime opportunities, training and long-term career progression.
Working Hours
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1:
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm
Week 2:
Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-10:30pm
Every other Saturday: 7:00am-12:00pm, paid at time and a half.
This is a 45-hour working week, with two Saturday mornings worked each month.

The Role
· Service, maintain and repair HGVs and commercial vehicles
· Carry out inspections, diagnostics and fault finding
· Prepare vehicles for MOT and DVSA inspections
· Complete mechanical and electrical repairs
· Attend breakdowns and call-outs when required
· Carry out preventative maintenance
· Complete accurate service and repair records
· Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
What We're Looking For
· NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent
· Previous HGV Technician experience
· Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
· Commercial vehicle or dealership experience
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Reliable and professional approach
· Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety
