UnifyHQ are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and qualified Electrician to join a growing renewables team delivering high-quality, non-ECO Solar PV installations across the region. The role is primarily focused on Solar PV, with occasional involvement in ASHP projects. We are open to electricians who wish to bring their own apprentice or mate, provided standards and experience align.

• Installation, testing and commissioning of Solar PV systems
• Carrying out electrical works associated with renewable energy installations
• Supporting electrical elements of ASHP installations where required
• Testing, inspection and completion of all relevant certification
• Fault finding, remedial works and maintenance tasks
• Ensuring full compliance with BS 7671, manufacturer requirements and company standards
• Maintaining excellent health and safety practices across all sites

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or 2394/2395 or equivalent)
• Proven Solar PV installation experience
• High standards of workmanship and strong attention to detail
• Sound understanding of site health and safety requirements
• Full UK driving licence

• Solar PV-specific qualifications
• Experience working on or alongside ASHP systems
• ECS / CSCS card
• Apprentice or electrical mate available to work as part of a team

• Up to £45,000 basic salary
