Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM
Salary Range: $20 - 25 per hour, based on experience
General SummaryThe Plant Operations Administrative Assistant supports daily department operations by coordinating communication, scheduling, records management, and workflow activities. This position serves as a key point of contact for residents, staff, and vendors while ensuring efficient and organized administrative support.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Plant Operations requests and inquiries.
- Enter, assign, and track work orders; escalate urgent or safety-related issues.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, vendor visits, and departmental activities.
- Manage departmental records, files, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and communications for residents and staff.
- Process invoices, purchase documentation, and departmental expenses.
- Maintain calendars, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Assist with general administrative duties and process improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a facilities, operations, maintenance, healthcare, senior living, or multi-department environment.
- Experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting leadership-level staff.
- Prior experience on basic billing, handling invoices, purchase documentation.
