Traveling Superintendent for High-Value Construction Projects

Are you an experienced Superintendent ready to lead groundbreaking commercial projects?

Our client seeks a skilled Traveling Superintendent with a demonstrated ability to manage construction projects valued at $1M or more.

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee ground-up construction efforts, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Travel is an essential part of this role, so candidates must be willing and able to commute to various job sites beyond the Chicago area.

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from the ground up.
• Coordinate onsite activities with subcontractors, vendors, and workforce.
• Ensure project milestones and quality standards are met on time and within budget.

• Minimum 5 years in a lead superintendent role overseeing ground-up projects.
• Proven experience managing construction projects over $1 million.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project locations.

• Background in light industrial, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
• Experience with national brand projects such as Walmart, Fed Ex, Amazon, or automotive distribution centers.
• SWPPP certification is a plus.
