* What We’re Looking For:

*** Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field.

Strong subject knowledge and assessment expertise in English.
* Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4.
* Leadership skills and the ability to influence whole-school practice.
* A passion for literacy and a commitment to equity in education.
