We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who excels in driving high‑impact land development projects, leading and mentoring while ensuring top‑notch project delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence/site analysis reports.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently.
- Mentor junior staff on technical questions related to land development.
- Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all deliverables meet rigorous standards.
- Review and seal project documents for compliance; analyze survey data and site conditions including ALTA surveys and easement documents.
- Make necessary edits and modifications to plans per agencies, municipalities, and clients.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
- Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 8+ years of experience in residential and commercial land development, including design, project management, business development, and invoicing.
$120,000 – $160,000 USD
