Job Description
Reporting directly to the Configuration Manager, the role is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois on an on‑site schedule. You will impact configuration data integrity, support Honeywell products, and manage critical documentation in Team Center for the IL59 site, including ECNs, variances, quality documents, audits, and corrective actions. You will also support ECN management for Juarez and Poole sites.
Responsibilities- Coordinate configuration management activities across projects and teams to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage documentation in Team Center, including ECNs, variances, quality documents, internal audits, external audits, and corrective action requests.
- Support other sites, including Juarez and Poole, with ECN management and related configuration activities.
- Maintain and update configuration documentation, including baselines, change records, and status reports.
- Support change control processes by tracking and reporting on configuration changes and ensuring proper approvals.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project management teams to resolve configuration issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements related to configuration management.
- Experience in configuration management or coordination roles, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management processes, tools, and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in using Team Center or similar configuration management software and databases to track and control changes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve configuration discrepancies and support change control procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to configuration management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams and supporting complex projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 10007 or similar configuration management frameworks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $60,700 – $75,900, a general guideline subject to various factors.
