Private Client Sr. Tax Manager - CPA-Certified

What you will be doing:

• Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency.
• Develop recommendations and maintain client relationships by balancing client needs with other assignments and deadlines.
• Provide proactive advice based on knowledge of tax law, particularly within the private wealth and high-net-worth group.
• Demonstrate initiative to creatively solve issues in collaboration with the lead.
• Leverage technology to automate both internal and client processes to improve efficiency.
• Act as a mentor to younger staff and work directly with Senior Managers and Partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting, with 1+ years in a senior managerial role preferred.
• CPA-certified and active license.
• Expertise in management of Individual, Gift, Estate, and Trust income tax compliance and providing knowledgeable review of complex returns.
• Background and experience managing and actively providing advisory and tax solutions to clients.
• Feels empowered to provide solutions and ideas.
