We currently have a great opportunity for aCredit and Collections Specialist II. The Credit and Collections Specialist II is responsible for determining credit worthiness of new customers as well as monitoring on-going credit ratings for existing customers in order to take actions that mitigate financial risk to the organization. This position will also collect on outstanding invoices by corresponding with customers in a variety of modalities in order to create a positive relationship with our customers.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and ability to lead improvement projects and guide peers.
Percentage of Travel: Up to 10%
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 3 years of Customer Service, Collections, or Analyst experience is required.
- Association affiliation with AR related organizations a plus.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook proficient. SAP experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to recognize patterns and analyze data.
- Outgoing personality.
- Strong customer service skills. Ability to influence others.
The salary range for this role is $50,400 to $79,200. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.
