Specialist II, Credit & Collections

• Determine credit worthiness of new customers and monitor ongoing credit ratings for existing customers
• Collect on outstanding invoices by corresponding with customers through various modalities
• Provide excellent customer service regarding collection or payment issues, ensuring timely payments
• Monitor aging of customer invoices and take necessary actions to collect on outstanding balances
• Build relationships with customers through effective communication, ensuring a positive relationship and confidence in billing

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Analyst roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; SAP experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Association affiliation with accounts receivable related organizations is a plus
