Job Overview
Financial Center Manager II – responsible for driving performance, profitability, deposit and loan growth, and fee income in a banking center while leading a client‑focused team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive achievement of banking center service level and performance goals, supporting district and regional objectives.
- Build, develop, and lead a team focused on client experience, including coaching, career development, and recognition.
- Manage daily operations to achieve successful audit scores and sales execution.
- Open deposit accounts, process and close loans, and assist in growth of consumer and business banking relationships.
- Lead new client onboarding and follow‑up, ensuring timely completion of required procedures.
- Maintain strong internal partnerships with specialists and external community alliances to grow non‑interest revenue.
- Enforce compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, CRA, HMDA, Reg B‑E, Reg CC, Truth in Savings, and the Patriot Act.
- Facilitate district and regional communication, team meetings, and daily huddles.
- Act as mentor for onboarding new associates and collaborate with retail regional leadership for hiring and coaching.
- High school diploma or GED;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2‑4 years of demonstrated leadership, coaching, and management in a retail banking environment.
- 2‑4 years of proven sales and service success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals.
- Working knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage banking center operations, audit performance, and risk controls.
- Strong communication, team building, and customer service skills.
- Experience in community engagement and building external partnerships.
- Familiarity with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience) framework.
- Background in coaching models such as R.O.P.E.
- Proactive outreach to business, preferred, and private banking partners.
Associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed by federal and state law and First Financial Bank policies, including BSA, AML, OFAC, CRA, HMDA, statutory banking regulations, and privacy requirements.
Benefits & Compensation- Annual salary range: $52,000 – $67,000.
