We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team. This hands-on role will partner closely with ownership and department leaders to provide financial insight, drive profitability, and support the continued growth of our company.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to ownership and leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Oversee accounting operations and monthly financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital investments.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards that help drive business performance.
- Analyze profitability and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Support payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.
- Build strong processes and provide leadership within the finance function.
- 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in service, construction, or home services industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, Sage, or similar platforms.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and partnering with operations.
