• Responsible for cleaning guestrooms according to company standards.
• Ensures guest rooms are equipped with necessary amenities and supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and operational readiness of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment.
• Accountable for guest satisfaction regarding housekeeping services.
• Responds to guest requests positively and promptly while delivering high‑quality service.
• Collaborates with other departments and acts as a team player.
• Follows the company guest‑service recovery program.
• Follows lost and found procedures.
• Keeps the work area clean and safe in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Inspects rooms for maintenance needs and reports issues.
• Knows how to safely use housekeeping chemicals.
• Adheres to incident reporting procedures for guests and employees.
• Understands hotel emergency procedures.
• Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing duties.
• Adheres to attendance, grooming, appearance standards, and department policies.
• Attends required department and hotel meetings.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

$17.50 - $18.00 per hour.

• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintains predictable and reliable attendance.
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently during the shift.
• Can move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
