Job DescriptionMandatory Technical / Functional Skills
- Functional consultant having specialized knowledge in Core HR
- More than 4 years industry consulting experience in HCM Technologies such as Oracle, Workday, SAP or People Soft
- Potential and ability to manage small engagements or work streams within large engagement
- Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
- Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
