• Strong work experience as User Interface Developer and Designer
• 5+ years of experience in HTML

• 5+ years of Experience in client side technologies, Java script, Jquery, AJAX
• 5+ years of Experience in Tools like Adobe Photo shop
• 5+ years Experience in Server side technologies Java/ASP.NET
• Good problem solving skills, trouble shooting website performance issues
• Experience in supporting 24/7
• Experience in handling support tickets
• Experience in ecommerce environment is a plus

• Understand the flow of ecommerce application and support the ecommerce website handle any issues.
• Analyse the tickets trends and contribute towards permanent resolution of tickets/proactive support.
• Make enhancements to the existing ecommerce application.
• Prepare analysis/design documents and other relevant documentation.
• Work with offshore team, team in EU coordinate on need basis.
• Work with third-party vendors, which provide part of the ecommerce site functionality
