RV Call Center Technician

Camping World -  - Responsibilities:
Virtual Diagnostics & Support:
Answer incoming calls and digital inquiries from Elite members to provide real-time troubleshooting for RV accessories and mechanical disablement situations;
Technical Instruction:
Distribute technical diagrams, manuals, and step-by-step instructions via text or email to guide members through field repairs;
Service Coordination:
Discern when a repair cannot be completed over the phone and facilitate connections to authorized RV repair facilities or Roadside Assistance;
Case Management:
Perform proactive customer follow-ups to ensure technical issues are fully resolved and maintain detailed records of consultations;
Internal Mentorship:
Assist internal dealership technicians with complex system questions to improve repair efficiency across the network
