Business Analyst - SAP Procure to Pay

As an IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Procure to Pay implementation, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of SAP solutions to streamline our procurement and payment processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to procure-to-pay processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP modules accordingly.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing processes diverge from SAP best practices and recommend solutions to bridge these gaps.
• Play a part in solution design workshops, providing direction on SAP capabilities and industry best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Finance) modules to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to SAP implementation methodologies.
• Assist with the development of test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the effectiveness of configured solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support during the transition to new SAP processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues as needed, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Stay current with SAP technology advancements and industry trends to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with a focus on SAP implementations, specifically within the procure-to-pay domain minimum 3 years.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and FI modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
