The Graduate Specialist Program – Supply Chain is a full-time rotational development program designed for high-potential graduates who aspire to grow into future operational and business leaders within Hydra Force, a Bosch company. Over the duration of the program, you will complete four strategically designed rotations that provide broad exposure across supply chain and logistics functions. This immersive experience builds operational excellence, analytical capability, and cross-functional business insight — preparing you for a challenging specialist or project leadership role within Supply Chain upon successful completion.

As a Graduate Specialist – Supply Chain, you will:

• Support planning and execution of logistics and procurement activities
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in supplier coordination and performance tracking
• Contribute to inventory optimization and material flow improvements
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Support implementation of digital tools and process automation initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with cost, quality, and delivery objectives
• Demonstrate increasing ownership, accountability, and leadership within project teams
