10% Night Shift Differential

A growing medical manufacturing company in Buffalo Grove is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support production in a clean, modern, climate-controlled facility.

Full-time hours with built-in weekdays off throughout the month

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Respond to machine alarms and identify root causes of failures
• Maintain and repair robotic and automated manufacturing systems
• Complete TPM activities and scheduled maintenance programs
• Repair and maintain assembly, packaging, and auxiliary equipment
• Upload, restore, and troubleshoot machine programs as needed
• Document maintenance activities and complete work orders
• Support machine startups, changeovers, and production operations
• Follow GMP, safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
