Production Supervisor

Purpose Statement

The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of the Production Leads with an emphasis on product quality, on-time delivery, and factory production efficiency. Additionally, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting key business metrics, team member engagement and workplace safety.

• Drive production KPIs at their respective assigned area
• Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plan
• Participate in CFT meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality
• Typically is responsible for more complex accounts or products
• Responsible to exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values; lead will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

• Less than 40%

Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $
