Registered Nurse; RN | PRN

Position

Registered Nurse – Non‑Exempt, PRN. Works every other weekend, night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). Rate: $40 per hour with $1.50 shift differential.

The RN accurately and timely completes clinical reports as directed by the Director of Nursing, including infection control, incident and abuse investigations. The position covers shifts as needed and participates in call rotation.

• Administers medications.
• Administers treatments such as dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Assists in direct resident care when needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administration and care rendered.
• Ensures resident safety at all times.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to physicians and families.

• Current nursing license valid in state of employment.
• Willingness to be available for all emergencies regarding the community.
